Shipping Returns

Returns Policy

Merchandise purchased through www.powerinverters.org may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and www.powerinverters.org may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Custom built items, are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless www.powerinverters.org made an error.

Before returning items, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

www.powerinverters.org and www.powerinverters.org vendors carefully inspect all shipments. Customers must inspect their shipments upon delivery prior to signing the release. Customers that will not be signing for their order when it is delivered are responsible to see that the person signing has read and understands www.powerinverters.org's Terms and Conditions.

An independent shipping contractor such as UPS, FedEx or a commercial trucking company will deliver the order. When the shipment arrives the driver will ask you to sign for the delivery. This is a legal document stating that the package is being delivered in good condition without damage and that the customer is waiving any additional claim from the shipper. Before signing, inspect the package(s) closely on all six sides. Note any box damage including scuffs, dents, tears, punctures or creases on the delivery receipt. If there is anything unusual with the package, the customer has the right to open it to inspect the contents. If the driver is unwilling to wait while you inspect all of the items, you may mark on the delivery receipt "Concealed Damage Possible".

If there is damage to the shipment, then you must refuse the package and contact www.powerinverters.org immediately. www.powerinverters.org must be notified of any damage on any shipment within 14 days of receipt. www.powerinverters.org cannot guarantee replacement at no cost to the recipient when notified of damage after 14 days of receipt.
